I truly enjoyed the property and its varied breakfast.
Had a wonderful stay for the 5 nights of my stay, glad I've chosen it. This hotel was located in a very central area so close to Jakominiplatz-the communication/transfer centre and the best start point for the visiting Graz. There was Starbucks nearby to grab something to eat.

Thank you for a fantastic stay. The venue is wonderful, it offers savoury breakfast and has marvellous location next to the Glockenspiel and Gasthaus Stainzerbauer and opera house and Jakominiplatz-the communication / transfer centre. Perfect and nice rooms, plus the staff is splendid. Great to have central heating, a safe, and TV set. Exceptional service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. It offers smooth check-in.

First the best thing about the hotel: the location is very, very good - right in the centre, a few minutes away from Herrengasse, you can reach everything on foot. The beds are comfortable (rather hard), the rooms are modern and clean. The shower is super - big, new, with sliding glass walls, good water pressure.
ATTENTION, nothing for people who are sensitive to noise and nothing for people who need privacy! I didn't have time to do any research and as there was a big motorcycle event that weekend, there were hardly any hotel rooms left, so we didn't have much of a choice and came across the hotel rather by chance. That's why we only found out at bedtime that the rooms had NO air conditioning - what I expected from a 4-star hotel. (Only the expensive business rooms have one!). In short: The rooms were terribly hot, we could hardly sleep! (It had 33 degrees outside temperature during the day.) On top of that we couldn't open the windows at night to cool down, because it was noisy! I find this doubly bad, because I had asked for quiet rooms when I booked. My room went on the street and I heard - also on the 3rd floor - every car and every bus. My parents were given a room in the "quiet" courtyard. but they had to close the window because at 11.30 pm there was loud laughter and gossip (from a bunch of girls?) from the breakfast terrace on the 1st floor, I even heard it through the corridor and my door! Attention: Also in the room there was always a soft muffled humming heard, similar to a washing machine from far away - probably some kind of electronics in the house (The air conditioning in the business rooms?). In the end only earplugs saved me. When you are in a couple, it should not bother you to see and hear the other one in the toilet or shower (and vice versa: to be seen/heard!). Probably to save space the bath - WC. wash shell and shower - was separated from the rest of the room only by a sliding door glass wall! SINGLE ROOM BASIC: Not for people who like to open the window quickly and look out!.

The friendly welcome.
The fact that breakfast is the only meal available might not suit some people.

The hotel is located in a quiet place and good to make a short visit in town and note very far from the motorway. Good to be recommended.

Appetising food in the restaurant. Tasty and varied breakfast with fruit, champagne, plus dessert. Magnificent very central location, close to the main bus/tram station and all the attractions we wanted to see in Graz.

Excellent breakfast and pleasant environment
AC did not function very well but the weather was extremely hot and humid, Parking was charged at Eur 12/night and should be part of the service.
